Rent our space for your next meeting or event

If you are interested in renting the front room gallery space or need a small conference room to hold a meeting for a few hours at the Chapter House, please contact the AIA/MD office at 410.263.0916 or email us for rate information, details and availability.

Front Room Gallery

The front Gallery space at the entrance of the AIA Maryland chapter house is available for rental for small meetings, happy hours, meet and greets and other networking events where an open meeting space, along with the use of a kitchenette and optional additional use of the back porch and yard is desired.  The space may be used for small workshops or board meetings as well. At this time there is no A/V equipment available; renters may bring in their own equipment.  Wireless internet is available. Some tables and seating is provided.  The Chapter House is ADA accessible with an ADA lift and ADA restroom available for use.

Small Conference Room

Our Conference Room is available for rental during business hours for short-term use, on a schedule and space available basis. Seating is available for 8-10 people to fit comfortably around our conference tables with additional chairs along the wall to accommodate a total of 15 people. At this time there is no A/V equipment available. There is a speaker phone for teleconferencing capability and wireless internet is available. Outside food and beverages may be brought in, however any trash and left over food must be removed by the renter and the room returned to its original condition. A kitchenette is available.
