GWWO Architects is seeking a graphics specialist to assist with firm architectural visualization, graphic design, and marketing efforts. Applicants should have excellent graphic design skills with a primary focus on 3D creation and visualization. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with the ability to visually articulate conceptual ideas with architectural renderings. Candidates must have comprehensive design skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, strong organizational capabilities, and enjoy working in a team-oriented environment. The position requires extensive knowledge of 3D modeling, post processing, graphic design, and layout.
The ideal candidate will meet the following qualifications:
– 0-5 years professional experience in an architectural design office
– Bachelor’s Degree
– Excellent modeling and rendering skills
– Highly skilled in Sketchup, Adobe Creative Suite, and Lumion
– Excellent post production skills
– Digital fabrication, video editing, and other media experience is a plus
– Experience with layout and the design of promotional materials
– Strong creative skills and technical background
– Self-motivated, energetic, and detail oriented
– Ability to work in an efficient and organized manner to meet challenging and sometimes concurrent deadlines while maintaining the highest quality standards

Our offices are located on beautiful Kent Island in Stevensville, MD, and offer a creative work environment. Project Manager / Architect – Seeking experienced design professional with 5-15 years experience. Candidate will plan, coordinate, and direct multiple concurrent projects in various stages of development, and be responsible for coordinating and directing the development of construction documents, drawings, and specifications. Proficiency in Revit required. Individual must possess strong communication and project management skills, as position will require frequent interface with clients and consultants. Professional licensure is preferred but not required.
Architectural Draftsperson / Designer (Revit) – Seeking motivated individual with 2-6 years experience. Strong proficiency in Revit is required. Experience with SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite is preferred, as is a degree from an accredited architectural program. While the position will primarily focus on the production of working drawings, it will also provide exposure to and include a wide range of project responsibilities, from marketing and pre-design through construction administration support
Specifications Writer – Seeking detail oriented and organized individual for the position of Specifications Writer. Proficiency in CSI specification writing is required, and experience with MasterSpec and Deltek Specpoint software is preferred. The perfect candidate works well with teams, and enjoys the process of supporting and articulating design through specifications writing. Revit experience is preferred, but not required. We are open to discussing fully remote work options for this position.
