AIA Maryland’s Legislative Committee, together with our lobbyist, monitors and tracks legislation that impacts the practice of architecture in Maryland. Each week during the legislative session we will post a list of bills we are following, a summary of the matter, hearing information and, where applicable, include letters of support/opposition or other materials.
The General Assembly is a fast paced, 90-day session with multiple hearings each week.
