Overview

In accordance with AIA Maryland’s bylaws, the Annual Membership Meeting has been scheduled for Wednesday, December 3, 2025, at 12:30 PM. The meeting will be held in a virtual format. As long as a quorum is reached, members of AIA Maryland will have the opportunity to actively participate in the voting process for the proposed 2026 budget.

Members are asked to pre-register so we can verify membership in advance and facilitate counting to ensure quorum.

Voting eligibility: Only AIA and AIA Emeritus members are eligible to vote on the budget.

How to participate

  1. Pre-register using the button above (membership will be verified ahead of the meeting).
  2. Receive your confirmation email with the virtual meeting link.
  3. Join on December 3 at 12:30 PM ET. If quorum is reached, eligible members may vote on the proposed 2026 budget.
